The Hawaii State Child Support Enforcement Agency is a division within the Department of the Attorney General. The Agency works in partnership with the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement and other State and local agencies.
The Hawaii Child Support Enforcement Agency is an Agency under the direction of the Hawaii Attorney Generalâs office. The Agency is tasked with assisting divorced or separated parents in establishing child support, enforcing existing child support orders or being a clearing house for child support payments.
The parent can send a check to the following address made out to âThe Child Support Enforcement Agencyâ: Child Support Enforcement Agency Statewide Disbursement Branch P.O. Box 1860 Honolulu, Hawaii 96805-1860. In addition, a parent can submit a payment through electronic funds transfer through various websites sanctioned by the CSEA.
Effective November 4, 2009, the Hawaii Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) mandated electronic payments pursuant to Section 576D-10(c) of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. All custodial parents not receiving their payments by direct deposit will be automatically set up with a U.S. Bank ReliaCard.
